Lanvin offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Access your order history through your Lanvin account or the 'Guest Return' portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return invoice, ensuring the package is securely sealed to protect the luxury materials.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided in your original shipment over the previous delivery information to ensure trackable transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our atelier verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
